The conditions for using DonnaAI and the responsibilities shared by DonnaAI and its users.
DonnaAI helps adult parents and caregivers organize a baby's routine. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and be authorized to manage the information you provide.
DonnaAI and its AI-generated responses do not replace medical, psychological, nutritional, or emergency care. Confirm health decisions with a qualified professional and contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed.
All rights in the DonnaAI brand, design, code, and content belong to the service provider. You may not copy, modify, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative versions of the app.
Reverse engineering, source-code extraction, or any other infringement of intellectual property is prohibited.
Monthly and annual plans may be offered through the App Store. The price, currency, period, any free trial, and eligibility are the terms Apple displays at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple Account settings within the period shown by the App Store. RevenueCat validates products, purchases, renewals, restorations, and the corresponding access.
DonnaAI does not store or process card details. Apple processes all App Store transactions.
Account, routine, conversation, and context data are processed to provide synchronization, personalization, chat, insights, security, and support as described in the Privacy Policy.
We use PostHog for predefined product events, Sentry for diagnostics, and Meta for attribution milestones. Conversation content and baby routine data are not sent to those services.
Access to the advertising identifier depends on your App Tracking Transparency authorization. You may decline without losing the app's core features.
Some features require an active internet connection. Network instability, loss of signal, or data limits may affect the experience and are outside DonnaAI's control.
Results, predictions, and responses may be inaccurate or unavailable. Review information before acting and keep copies of anything you consider essential.
To the extent permitted by law, DonnaAI is provided as available and is not liable for harm caused by misuse, compromised credentials, third-party failures, or events beyond its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
The app may be updated, changed, suspended for maintenance or security, or discontinued. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes when reasonably possible.
You may close your account in the app. We may restrict or close accounts used illegally, abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms, subject to applicable legal rights.
We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or product changes. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and close your account.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Mandatory consumer rights and any legally required forum that apply where you live remain unaffected.
